First and foremost I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency! He set up our lid lifter and took the time to thoroughly explain and instruct us on the usage of our spa. I would also like to thank our sales associate, Katherine who listened to us and didn’t try to oversell us. Additional kudos to the “big guys” that not only delivered our new spa but had to take away our behemoth of an old spa! Thank you Olympic for a great buying experience!

Our Sales person was exceptional. David took great care of us. He was thorough, informative and found ways to save money. I will be seeing him again soon for another purchase.Our installer and set up person, Neil, was also exceptional. He is very knowledgeable with hot tubs especially the salt water ones.Neil took the time to show me the ins and outs of the system and best practices to keep it clean for a long time. Neil also took the time to help us install our umbrella. He placed the umbrella, filled the stand with sand and made sure we were happy with the location and the umbrella itself. Overall a great experience and I sure hope we have Neil available when we get our next hot tub.

I just had a wonderful experience with Neil! He texted me to let me know he was going to be earlier than expected…which worked out great for me. He was instantly bombarded by my small children, but was able to multitask, preparing the hot tub and entertaining my children at the same time. He explained everything very well and left my space clean and tidy! Thank you Neil! You are an asset to the Olympic Hot Tub team!

Just purchased our very first spa with the help of Don, Rob, Patty & Jourdan. Having worked on these spas for 13 years I knew the quality was absolutely top notch but was nervous about the purchasing process & electrical setup. Don & Rob got the ball rolling for me flawlessly but then Patty not only made the purchasing process extremely quick but also so incredibly simple it was hard to believe!But it didn’t stop there- scheduling the delivery with Jourdan’s help was VERY quick & easy. Then Patty put me in contact with a certified electrician who knocked out the wiring in less than 4 hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received every step of the way & honestly can’t wait to refer more friends & family to Olympic with even more confidence than ever.

Neil setup our lid lifter and taught us how to care for the tub. It's a ton of information. He made sure we knew how to use the resources provided for the maintenance. He communicated with us a time range for his arrival and updated us with the exact time prior to his arrival. There was an error from the warehouse. Neil made arrangements for the correct item to be delivered tomorrow. He left our place neat and tidy. Thank you.

My hot tub came from the factory set up for 220v, with a 110v cord installed. I'm having a hard time finding an electrician to come out and install the 220v service, as most are either 6 mo out or not taking any new work, so we're going to run it on 110v until I can get an electrician out. Jordan came out today to show me how to treat and maintain my hot tub, and Jarod came out and switched the control panel over to 110v and had it running within a few minutes. He also did his due diligence and checked for any minor leaks in the plumbing. These guys are great! Professional and knowledgeable. Jordan's presentation on how to maintain my hot tub was excellent. Two thumbs up!

Olympic Hot Tub did a fantastic job end-to-end. David and the team at the store made sure we picked the hot tub that was best for us. The HotSpring Envoy was great. David kept us updated until delivery. The delivery team were very competent. Finally, Neil from the service team came to the house, set it all up and gave us a maintenance tutorial. I highly recommend them and their products.

Just getting my tub up and running, today. To this point in the process, I couldn't be more pleased. Delivery team were on time and let me guide the placement to exactly as desired. Neil, the valet just came to install the accessories and add the chemicals and teach me how to maintain everything. He kept me posted on when he would arrive - day prior and just before time window. Communication is everything! And Olympic Hot Tub service team is doing very well with that so far and no reasons to expect anything different should I have any questions as I navigate learning about it. Thanks!

Chris has done an outstanding job servicing my hot tub. He always calls to let me know when he's coming. Chris is thorough w/checking out my9 year old plus hot tub so it's running at peak proficiency. Whenever there has been a problem he takes care of it. I have come to rely on his services greatly.

For the second time in 18 years of owning my spa, it wasn't hot when I wanted to use it....i fiddled around and determined the clean cycle wouldn't work either, and the red power light was blinking.I called the service center and talked to Cat, who offered to walk me through some steps to see if it was an airlock. I couldn't as I was on the golf course, but we set up a service appointment, and she encouraged me to call her back and see if we couldn't figure it out over the phone.So I called Cat back the next day, reintroduced myself, and she immediately put me to work! With a towel in one hand and a hose in the other, she had me follow her exact instructions to remove what she believed was an airlock. I did exactly what she said to do, then powered the tub off and back on at the electrical breaker, and voila, my tub was working perfectly again.Cat pulled all this off in about 5 minutes, with a great "you can do this" attitude, and she was super friendly the whole time. Once again I am a very pleased and happy springs customer for 18+ years! Thank you Cat!

Chris arrived at the time he estimated. He went right to work on the hot tub, replacing each jet that had been damaged. He meticulously cleaned the tub in the process. Upon completion he filled the tub, replaced the filters and added the chemicals I provided. Gave me some tips on the use of the tub which were greatly appreciated. Chris is an excellent representative of Olympic Hot Tubs. Thank you.
