We had a great experience purchasing a new hot springs spa from Scott Horton at Olympic. He answered all of our questions and being first time hot tub owners made sure we understood all of the functions and requirements to use and maintain the tub to get the most out of our investment. Even after the sale he stayed in regular contact with us as the delivery date and set up approached ensuring everything was on time and went smoothly, which it absolutely did! We had a great experience with Olympic and you will too! Thank you Scott for the great sales experience, the delivery team which took great care of the hot tub making sure it was set in place without a scratch exactly where I needed it, and their technician Neil who did our final set up and orientation, we were hot tubbing in no time, well done Olympic!!

My wife and I picked up a Hot Spring Limelight to celebrate a major milestone. Having never bought a hot tub before, we wandered into the show room one weekend and happened to meet Gil - we got soooo lucky!

Gil answered all of our many questions as we explores pros/cons of the various models. Gil provided all of the details in writing so we could go sleep on it and explore other options in the region. I popped in the following weekend for a wet test that Gil had arranged, again a fantastic experience to try the tubs first hand.

Soon enough we ordered a tub and took delivery. Sadly, on day 1, one of our pumps was broken. Olympic Hot Tub was quick to send out a tech to diagnose the issue and order parts, then things slowed down a fair bit. I called and emailed the service team for an update but after waiting for weeks, I reached back out to Gil and he used his connections to get a tech out the very next day. Finally we are able to fully enjoy our new tub and it is all thanks to Gil's expert communication. I can't recommend working with him enough!
