Incredible customer service. I had an incident occur outside the store, where my car was vandalized (bottles shoved up exhaust). One of the store employees, Scott, immediately notified me and stayed to help throughout the entire ordeal. If their customer service is that good for someone who isn’t even a customer, I can’t imagine how good it would be if I was one. If I ever need a hot tub, I’ll know exactly where to go! Thanks Scott!
Scott was great! He helped us every step of the way with replacing our hot tub cover. He was kind, funny, and honest. He did not try to oversell, but instead helped us find the parts to fit our needs. Would definitely do business there again.
Our experience at Olympic Hot Tub has been nothing short of amazing… only because of Patty. Her level of customer service is refreshing and lacking in many industries now. After hours emails, texts, and calls. She has proven to be invaluable for us as we have encountered problems not related to the hot tub, but our backyard project and deck. The Grandee that we purchased in a short time, has been exactly what we wanted. I went with Olympic, one because of the product, Hot Springs, that they stand behind, and two because of the support that Patty gave to us. We are even going to probably come back in the near future to get a cold plunge from her!!
Nothing related to any services I’m sure they’re great but one of their drivers didn’t let me merge, looked at me, stuck his tounge out, flipped me off, and drove off. I’ll delete this review in a few days just wanted someone to remember to be chill on the road lol, had a beard btw
