We had such a wonderful experience working with Mark at Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn. From the very beginning, he was incredibly informative and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and—most importantly—help us make the decision that was right for us, rather than trying to steer us toward what he personally thought we should buy.

We originally went into the store looking at a Swim Spa, but after talking through our needs and learning more about the different options, we ultimately decided on the largest HotSpring model, primarily because of the salt water system. We are so happy that we did!

What we didn’t anticipate was just how much the hot tub would become a part of our lives beyond simply having a place to do swimming kicks and soak our sore muscles. We had our hot tub delivered around the same time that my mother passed away, after I had spent many years as her caregiver. During an incredibly difficult grieving period, the hot tub unexpectedly became a place of respite—a quiet space where I could decompress, breathe, and simply have a few moments to myself.

It has also been incredibly helpful during what I can only describe as the “caregiver crash” that followed years of caregiving. Having a peaceful place to unwind has become one of the tools I turn to when I’m dealing with anxiety, stress, and the emotional weight of everything I’ve been through. It’s become a meaningful part of my self-care routine and, for me, a welcome non-pharmaceutical way of helping manage those difficult moments.

We’re incredibly happy with our decision and even happier that Mark was the person who helped us get there. He made the entire experience pleasant, informative, and completely pressure-free from start to finish. We are genuinely grateful for his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help us find what was best for us.
