We were having issues with our hot tub’s heater. We had a repair person come from Olympic Hot Tub. This gentleman’s prognosis was wrong and after inserting a new filter our hopes of the heater working were diminished. My husband called the service number and let the agent know our hot tub was still needing repair and we wanted it that day or our service call payment refunded. Within minutes Sam sent a text saying he was 10 minutes away. Sam took his time, asked my husband all kinds of professional questions and was very personable as well as knowledgeable. He figured out the issue and our trust was reestablished. Employees can always make mistakes but when fellow employees like Sam and Dave (on the phone) pick up the pieces and support their company by going above and beyond that’s when customers will come back and tell others about the excellent service.
We went here to get our sensor and filter. Linda Wood was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We love our Olympic Hutton.
My wife and I had opposite stands on whether to purchase a hot tub. I have had a back for years and always felt the use of hot tubs was a hype. We entered the Olympic Hot Tub in Ashburn and was met by Linda. It so happened that on this particular day I was almost immobilized due to back pain. There was NO WAY I would purchase a unit. Linda was very patient with us; she e planned things to wife and put up with me. Finally she (and my wife) insisted we actually try the tub. Getting into the "soft", not overly chlorine odor water felt good. Having the adjustable, higher end jets and motos on my back released the strain and hurt. Linda then carefully shared with us the pros and cons of the various models. She DID NOT pressure a sale and she refused to oversize / upscale the unit. She made certain we were buying the "right" unit for us. She also en outages us to sleep on it and make sure the deal was acceptable, and one we were comfortable with, prior to actually purchasing it. The low pressure, knowledgable, professional, customer centric, and positive attributes proved to us that Linda was genuine, sincere, and trustworthy. She got us a good deal and we've been excited ever since.
