Summary

Responsible for selling hot tubs, accessories, water care product and services in the showroom, at customer’s homes, via phone, email, text, virtual selling and at offsite events. Managing in person contact, incoming customer phone calls, email and text communications and assisting with questions, providing solutions and creating revenue opportunities. Making the most of every opportunity to achieve company sales and revenue goals. Participating in all training made available with the goal of increasing aptitude to excel as a sales pro. Managing day to day open/closing duties, store cleaning, hot tub water care maintenance, Point Of Sale/cashier activities, store deposits and product stocking.

Summary

The Hot Tub Delivery and Installation Technician works under the Delivery Team Leader and is responsible for the successful and efficient delivery and installation of hot tubs, accessories, hot tub covers and other associated products including full setup and orientation for the customer. This position is also responsible for the picking, loading, and organizing delivery materials, tools, and equipment for the day’s deliveries. This position is on the front lines of our customer service team. Hot tubs can provide significant health benefits when used regularly and having a hot tub delivered is and exciting time for our customers so accuracy and attention to detail are keys to success and customer satisfaction.

A typical day involves traveling to customers’ homes, delivering and installing new hot tubs and accessories, and occasionally removing old hot tubs, covers, accessories, and associated debris from the customers’ homes. Occasionally, you’ll also be called upon to repair or replace covers, mechanical cover lifters, and non-electrical components like siding, and interior jets. This position is expected to work from our warhouse & service center located in Auburn, Washington. All uniforms and necessary equipment are all provided. All training hours are paid.

Qualifications and Skills

To be qualified for this position applicants must:

  • Be able to use critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Possess at least an intermediate level of mechanical aptitude
  • Have an understanding of basic principles related to mechanical diagnosis and repair
  • Possess a current, valid Washington state driver’s license
  • Have no more than one minor moving infraction during the previous three years
  • Must be able to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one to two years’ experience in a delivery or maintenance position or related military experience.

Summary

The Warehouse Assistant reports to the Warehouse Lead and supports company operations through shipping and receiving, stocking and organizing inventory, picking and preparing orders for shipment or delivery, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse along with other general warehouse duties. The Warehouse Assistant also frequently operates the forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools. Primarily works indoors in a warehouse environment with some outdoor work required.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively using English
  • Able to solve problems using critical thinking skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to use a computer and various business software including Outlook and Excel
  • Able to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and picking carts
  • Possess intermediate math skills for order picking, stocking, and inventory management
  • Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with no more than one, minor moving violation
  • Able to be insured on company insurance
