Went by their hot tub showroom looking for parts to repair my hot tub. Even though I'm not a customer David was eager to help me and put me in touch with their service department. They got back to me with advice about where I could get the parts I needed to complete my repairs. All in all very helpful even though I wasn't buying anything. If I was in the market, I'd definitely go back there. (Beautiful show room).
Olympic Hot Tub personnel were very easy to get in contact with and had outstanding customer service! Highly recommend them…because at some point you will need to talk to a service technician when you own a hot tub ☺️
We couldn’t have been happier with our experience of buying a spa at Olympic Hot Tub. Ben (our salesperson) was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. He walked us through choosing and buying the spa and accessories, he answered all of our questions (about electrical conduits, measurements, and so on) and even took photographs for us so that we could complete our portion of the installation correctly. Both the delivery and the setup of our spa were performed on time by friendly, knowledgeable individuals. And Ben made sure to follow up with us to see how we are doing! (And the spa itself is great).
David was extremely professional and helpful in person over multiple visits and over both email and phone exchanges. This is a purchase I've been looking forward to for a long time and I felt like David did a great job helping me better understand a lot of the tradeoffs. And do yourself a favor, take David's suggestion to sit in the filled hot tubs, it definitely made a difference in my decision.
