David was very helpful when we needed to order a new cover for our tub. He took as through all the options with no pressure and I know we made the right choice. I'd recommend Olympic as we've had continuing great service from them over the last 5 years.
These guys are absolutely amazing! We have bought 2 hot tubs from them. Recently, I went in with a hot tub problem and they gave me a blueprint for fixing and even Facetimed to make sure I did it right. Highly recommend!!!!
We recently purchased our hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub Seattle. Tonight was our first night using our hot tub and it felt like we were on vacation but in the comfort of our home! We worked closely with David and he guided us through the entire experience, from testing the hot tubs in the showroom to going above and beyond to hand-deliver a forgotten item from our shipment. He made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. When testing out hot tubs, we were unsure if our children would be welcome. Our children are children and can be loud and a little splashy when they are excited. David reassured us that not only were they welcome but it was encouraged to bring them since it would give us an authentic experience to how we will use our hot tub in our day-to-day lives. The entire process was smooth and we were even able to move our delivery date forward an entire week. We were able to use our own contractor and electrician to get everything in place. We sent photos through and kept in close communication with David throughout the entire process. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, thorough, professional, and educated - from David, to the delivery folks, to the man who came by to show us the ropes - we were beyond impressed. We cannot recommend David and Olympic Hot Tub Seattle highly enough.

We purchased our hot tub from an online retailer, which delivered the tub but gave zero guidance on how to set it up and maintain it. I stopped by Olympic Hot Tubs to purchase maintenance supplies, and David was there to serve. He not only helped me select the supplies I needed – he educated me about how the system works, what the right cadence is for cleaning, which care steps are truly optional.
And it did not stop there. David offered me his email address so I could ask him follow up questions – and I had multiple. He was patient and explained this all so well. Remember – I did not even purchase my hot tub from this retailer, but they treated me like a valued customer. I will not forget this – they have my loyalty for as long as I’m a hot tub owner.
My wife and I picked up a Hot Spring Limelight to celebrate a major milestone. Having never bought a hot tub before, we wandered into the show room one weekend and happened to meet Gil - we got soooo lucky!
Gil answered all of our many questions as we explores pros/cons of the various models. Gil provided all of the details in writing so we could go sleep on it and explore other options in the region. I popped in the following weekend for a wet test that Gil had arranged, again a fantastic experience to try the tubs first hand.
Soon enough we ordered a tub and took delivery. Sadly, on day 1, one of our pumps was broken. Olympic Hot Tub was quick to send out a tech to diagnose the issue and order parts, then things slowed down a fair bit. I called and emailed the service team for an update but after waiting for weeks, I reached back out to Gil and he used his connections to get a tech out the very next day. Finally we are able to fully enjoy our new tub and it is all thanks to Gil's expert communication. I can't recommend working with him enough!
