We were having issues with our hot tub’s heater. We had a repair person come from Olympic Hot Tub. This gentleman’s prognosis was wrong and after inserting a new filter our hopes of the heater working were diminished. My husband called the service number and let the agent know our hot tub was still needing repair and we wanted it that day or our service call payment refunded. Within minutes Sam sent a text saying he was 10 minutes away. Sam took his time, asked my husband all kinds of professional questions and was very personable as well as knowledgeable. He figured out the issue and our trust was reestablished. Employees can always make mistakes but when fellow employees like Sam and Dave (on the phone) pick up the pieces and support their company by going above and beyond that’s when customers will come back and tell others about the excellent service.
I was there visiting. When we passed your store. We stopped in to browse. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee named Merit. She asked if we were interested in buying. But we had to decline based on our budget. We never felt pressured to buy. We will definitely remember her kindness and friendly spirit. My family will probably be buy to purchase in the future based on how we were treated.
This was our second purchase from Olympic Hot Tubs. Our sales person, Merit Hunter was friendly and knowledgeable. Our tub was delivered on time with no hiccups and we are enjoying it daily. We love the salt water sanitation system which allows less use of chlorine so is better for our skin. Would highly recommend Olympic Hot Tubs.
