Garry was phenomenal. Our hot tub is being reinstalled on a new deck after two years of not being used. Garry was so personable, so thorough, down to every detail, including cleaning the cover. He spent time with me explaining how to keep up with proper maintenance, made suggestions for winterizing, and supplied me with the chemicals I will need.
