Finally had someone knowledgeable come over and take me through all the nuances of balancing water in our saltwater hot tub. Daré is not just knowledgeable but also very caring and helpful professional. I truly appreciated his help and time he invested into educating me. His customer service skills are top notch: very polite, respectful and all around caring. Really appreciated him.
Julio stopped by bright and early last week. He thoroughly explained - more than once - how to balance Ph levels and verify all is good before using our Hot Tub.
