A few days ago I drained and cleaned my hot tub for the first time. When I turned the power back on the jets were not working. I called the Sequim Hot Springs dealer and spoke to Carl he came to my house and plunged the jets and then purged the air from the line. Fixed!!! Kimberly at Olympic Hot Tub is awesome! We went in on a Sunday afternoon to peruse some options and ended up chatting and working with her for almost 2 hours (at the end of the day on her Friday!). Kimberly was kind and patient all throughout the process, nothing pushy whatsoever - she gave us time to think about everything, answered all the questions we had and offered solutions for all of our concerns. There's a reason they call her the Hot Tub Queen of Thurston County! (they don't really, but wouldn't that be fun!)
