We are so glad we purchased a hot tub at Olympic Hot Tub Woodinville! Scott was great to work with. He was friendly and helpful every step of the way.
I'd been researching hot tub options for a few weeks and we had a little bit of free time one weekend, so we stopped by. Scott asked useful questions to direct us to the models that seemed like the best matches. He strongly encouraged us to do a wet test - they even have suits you can borrow there!
We didn't feel like we had enough time just then. Scott gave us his card, told us his schedule, and said to contact him with any further questions. Back at home, we couldn't stop talking about going back for a wet test as soon as possible. So, as soon as another time sensitive task was completed, we grabbed our suits and returned.
Scott warmly welcomed us back and recommended we try out two different models that would give us the best idea of what the various options were like. It turned out that things we thought we'd love weren't as appealing to us but we realized some other features were absolutely essential for us.
After considering all the options, we went with the Hot Springs Limelight Pulse model. We love everything about it!

The delivery team was top notch and the crew that came out after delivery to walk us through maintenance of our hot tub was fantastic!

Incredible customer service. I had an incident occur outside the store, where my car was vandalized (bottles shoved up exhaust). One of the store employees, Scott, immediately notified me and stayed to help throughout the entire ordeal. If their customer service is that good for someone who isn’t even a customer, I can’t imagine how good it would be if I was one. If I ever need a hot tub, I’ll know exactly where to go! Thanks Scott!
Scott was great! He helped us every step of the way with replacing our hot tub cover. He was kind, funny, and honest. He did not try to oversell, but instead helped us find the parts to fit our needs. Would definitely do business there again.
