After a 23-year presence in Tukwila, our Service Center relocated to Auburn in 2017. We did this to be more central to our entire region and allow us the space to continue our growth. We’re also the first hot tub company with a Service Center open on Saturdays in the Northwest. Our intent is to be available as much as possible to make sure the products you buy from us are up and running and serving you well. Don’t be a stranger! We’ve got new tubs and swim spas on display, friendly folks, and all the water care products you need for your tub too.

Dare Edosoman came today to do the quarterly cleaning on my hot tub in Seward Park. He is amazing! Sweet, professional, on time, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only did a fabulous job, he also was super helpful in answering some questions for me and offering stellar advice. I spoke with Courtney on the phone about an issue we're having with our Aria tub frothing foam every time we use it. Courtney was super-helpful and very patient with all my newbie questions. I came away very, very impressed with her customer service skills. Thank you Courtney!!
Dare Edosoman was the technician who performed our recent hot tub service, he is very knowledgeable, proficient, professional and efficient. I was impressed. Our hot tub was throughly cleaned and balanced. Additionally, he provided some pointers on how to maintain the tub and water quality between services and explained how to better use the products I had available.
I just want to comment on the excellent customer service Tim does at Olympic Hot Tub. One of the most genuine people you will meet always with a smile and courteous follow through. Tim has excellent communication and rapid follow up for arranging my valet service or any questions I may have.
Dare is our current valet service person who also like Tim is pleasant, courteous, and a delight to have work on our hot tub. Very helpful in guiding me on correct information to maintain our hot tub. Very good at communicating arrival times and asking if I have any special needs.

We just had our new hot tub delivered and the old one taken away. The Olympic delivery team of Edward, Casey, Kevin and Tyler all provided excellent customer service. They were courteous, focused on what we wanted and very careful to not disrupt any of our landscaping. I’d highly recommend this team to anyone!
