Our salesman, Carl, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, even coming out to our lot and checking it out for pre-delivery, and also helping with chemical imbalance issues even after the first rep came out to go through the initial set-up review. The sales experience could have been improved though, by the staff more accurately advising us on all the electrical inspections and spa inspections required by the city. Also it is extremely difficult to actually reach somebody by phone in the Sequim store. If we really wanted to reach someone about questions and problems, we pretty much had to go to the physical store for answers. The worst part of the experience was the third party people OHT hired for delivery. From the moment the Lead delivery person arrived at our home, all we heard from him was all the reasons he wouldn't be able to deliver the hot tub. After an hour of talking and discussing the ways to get the tub onto our deck, he and his (4) helpers finally managed to accomplish what should have been a very simple delivery. It has been 3 months now, and the spa is performing admirably.
