I had a great experience with David at Olympic Hot Tub on Westlake! As a complete novice to shopping for and owning a hot tub he walked me through the entire process and was incredibly knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars to Ben at the Westlake Ave N store if I could. He spent nearly an hour helping me understand how to test and balance the water in the 11-year old spa that came with our house. He knew that I already had bought chemicals online and was still so kind and willing to use their system to test my water for free. Ben helped me get the information and confidence I needed to start enjoying my spa instead of being frustrated by it! When it turned out that I actually needed a product I didn't already have I was happy to purchase it at Olympic instead of online. Stellar customer service--highly recommended!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
2025 Update: 10 more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 now for David (and still Ben)! I was trying to get my spa up and running for the season and had questions (as I am still learning how to maintain the spa that came with our house). Even though our spa isn't one that they sell, David and Ben are always so kind and willing to answer my questions and even test the water samples I bring in. It's also convenient to pick up test strips and maintenance chemicals there instead of ordering online. If I were in the market for a new spa this is the ONLY place I would buy from. They are so knowledgeable, and I do like to look at the spas and saunas in the showroom. And they're getting a cold plunge soon!
