We expanded our presence further south in Puget Sound with the opening of our fifth showroom in Lacey. One of our largest shops, it opened in 2005, helping South Sound folks find hot tubs to keep them healthy and happy. We’ve got great neighbors and we’re easy to find—right next door to the Ram Restaurant and just a stone’s throw from Northwest Harley-Davidson. You’ll find a great selection of hot tubs and swim spas, a large mood room so you can try out tubs or a swim spa and find the ideal one for you, and all the accessories and water care products you need. Our Lacey team would be thrilled to welcome you!

Professional, available, knowledgeable, helpful, ethical and selling a fantastic product! What else do you need to get your home spa purchased, delivered and set up? And then.. a team at your finger tips with questions and product knowledge after the deal is sealed….Best experience we have had over the last 22 years of spa ownership. Well done, Lacey Team !(special thanks to Kimberly who is an ace in the hole when it comes to follow up and follow through)
Kimberly at Olympic Hot Tub is awesome! We went in on a Sunday afternoon to peruse some options and ended up chatting and working with her for almost 2 hours (at the end of the day on her Friday!). Kimberly was kind and patient all throughout the process, nothing pushy whatsoever - she gave us time to think about everything, answered all the questions we had and offered solutions for all of our concerns. There's a reason they call her the Hot Tub Queen of Thurston County! (they don't really, but wouldn't that be fun!)
Maurice has been fabulous in helping us with our Olympic hot tub. In this day and age which sadly poor customer service is so common, I certainly appreciate the advice and cheerful yet profession nature of Maurice both in the store and via telephone.
We purchased a salt water tub at the Lacey showroom, and finally got it set up and ready to use one month later! Want to share a few tips from our experience that might be helpful for other Hot Tub Newbies.
The shopping process was pretty straightforward. I browsed tubs and requested more information online, but didn't receive a response, so we went to the showroom in person. (Also, you can't see actual prices online.) After comparing the available options, and noting the selected tub seemed smaller than expected, we purchased a Hot Spring Jetsetter salt water tub. Follow-up after the purchase was mixed, with some emails and voicemails never answered -- but also times when someone at the Auburn Service Center could help us on-the-spot over the phone. New to hot tubs, and confused by some contradictions in the set-up instructions, we had many questions. The in-person orientation was extremely helpful.
First tip: figure out the electricity options and requirements before you purchase. The tub was delivered about 2 weeks after purchase, and since it was placed right next to a power outlet on a garage wall, we thought it would be no big deal to set up electricity, and scheduled an electrician that same week. Wrong! The electrician told us it was "impossible" to hook up the hot tub where we had it placed. (Not a reflection on Olympic Hot Tub -- just bad luck finding an electrician.) So, we got second and third opinions/bids, wishing we had lined up a competent electrician earlier in the process. There was some confusion about power options -- we bought a 115 volt spa, which can be converted to 230 volt with a $500 subpanel from Olympic Hot Tub ... if you can get the part, which was unavailable due to supply issues. Huge thank you to Trey from Perfect Temp for finally getting everything squared away and powered up!
More tips: The written guidance for set-up / water testing / maintenance is a little overwhelming and could be clearer. Testing the water with the little strips is some fun science, and we're feeling like chemistry experts now! 😂 The best information came from the in-person orientation with Dan, which was scheduled about a week after the electrician hooked up the hot tub. He walked us through the steps, and brought a few items missing from the start-up kit, so we could get the water balanced and ready to soak.
We love soaking in the Hot Spring Jetsetter -- the tub itself seems solid and well-made, with lots of room for 2 and 14 jets. It's a wonderful addition to our back yard oasis!
Delivery was a breeze with the team of Cole, Tyler, Kevin, and Eddie. They communicated, worked with me on best arrival time, gave me a heads up when on their way, quick and efficient getting tub in, and explained everything they were doing and about the tub. Highly impressed with this delivery team!!
We received our new hot tub yesterday, and the delivery experience was top notch. Cole and his team were friendly, polite and professional. They assured us the set up would be quick and easy, even in the rain, and it was! Each crew member helped answer my questions and made me feel confident in our new purchase.
Thank you for the great delivery team, Cole, Tyler, Kevin and Eddie, did a great job and were very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions I had. I'm glad that I was fortunate enough to have gotten their team to do my delivery.
Kimberly has been incredibly patient and helpful as I learn the rhythm of hot tub chemistry. She is clearly knowledgeable and happy to help me make informed decisions. If you are in the market for a new tub or need supplies I highly recommend.
Good morning Kimberly, thank you for your assistance with finding us the hot tub we’ve been waiting for. From the first interaction with you, right through to the delivery. The delivery couldn’t have gone better! They were here and gone in under 20 minutes.
