With our area growing and traffic becoming more challenging, we recognized it was time to look east and open our first location on the Eastside. Issaquah seemed the perfect spot, and we set up shop there in 2002. Our showroom there is not far from Costco’s corporate headquarters in Pickering Corner. Recently updated, the space is open, bright and has a terrific array of tubs so you can find the perfect hot tub for you.

We recently went to the fair and noticed hot tub vendors with much lower prices, but we realized you get what you pay for. Our first hot tub purchase, that we purchased at a fair, prior to an Olympic Spa, was lacking service was almost nonexistent. Thank you Scott!
A few months ago I walked into Olympic Hot Tub just to "take a look". I was warmly greeted by Patty Fitzgerald Taylor. Little did I know what a pleasant experience I was in for after that greeting. Patty took her time explaining our options. I made a purchase and Patty walked me through the entire process. She managed expectations that this would truly be a process. We had to remove our old spa and have modifications to the space to accept the new spa and Covana cover. Can't say enough good things about the Olympic quality and customer service. I highly recommend Olympic, but more importantly Patty!.

My wife and I were impressed with Tammy’s professionalism and keen ability to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in the showroom. We visited Olympic several times and Tami was patient with us through the Hot Spings education she provided.
Tami does NOT high pressure sell, but rather educates and lets the quality of Hot Springs sell itself.
We were so impressed that we will refer our friends and family to Tami in the future.
