Finally had someone knowledgeable come over and take me through all the nuances of balancing water in our saltwater hot tub. Daré is not just knowledgeable but also very caring and helpful professional. I truly appreciated his help and time he invested into educating me. His customer service skills are top notch: very polite, respectful and all around caring. Really appreciated him.
