I bought a spa from Olympic 3 years ago and have only had wonderful experiences with them since. My Olympic technician Julio serviced my salt tub and literally brought it back to life! My tub is nearly 5 years old and I keep it up to date on maintenance but there are some things I can't do and need the valet service for. Things like blowing out the jets, ensuring there is no buildup, cleaning more than simply the visible spaces and explaining top end water care so I can manage throughout the year.
Julio helped me navigate understanding what additional items need to be replaced in the next 12 months and had filters ready to install to ensure my hot tub remains top of the line and fresh for years to come. If you are on the fence about using the Valet service, be sure to use them at the very least for the yearly maintenance and cleaning. Kudos to Julio and the team at Olympic for their knowledge, prompt service and expertise. Thank you Julio!
