We had contemplated getting a hot tub for a long time and were very happy to get prompt and accurate information years ago when we first inquired and this year when we finally made our purchase. David Bayless really knows not only about the products they sell but about all of the considerations for placement, set up, and maintenance that someone new to hot tub ownership might not be aware of but definitely need to think about ahead of time. He has been proactive in providing us information and documentation and answered all of our questions promptly. Would highly recommend working with him. We are just getting our water set up today, but have had an Olympic tub in the past and know they make a great product.
