My husband and I purchased a Hot Springs spa from Olympic Hot Tub in Auburn about a year ago, and we've had nothing but great experiences. I don't often write reviews, but the ongoing support and advice we've received from Linda was so incredible that I wanted to share with others. As new hot tub owners, we have had numerous questions about maintenance and best practices. We've had the great pleasure of speaking with Linda multiple times when questions arise, and she has been so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She has walked us through troubleshooting problems, doing our annual cleaning/maintenance, and figuring out how to properly clean/maintain our ozone system.
