In researching saunas, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tami at Olympic Hot Tub while exploring the purchase of a Tylo outdoor sauna. Julio, the technician who came to our home to go through the set up and operation of the system as well as install the cover lifter kit, could not have been better. He was polite, courteous and patient with his instructions and answering all our questions. We could not be happier with our experience so far.
