When my HOA leadership targeted my hot tub, despite my having it for almost 20 years, David Bayless was compassionate and helpful in finding one that would meet the new, unreasonable requirements. He helped me through the difficult process and I have ended up with a more compact, yet most enjoyable tub that I soak in 3 times daily.
