We met with Don at the showroom and he showed us all the tubs and as soon as we saw the Limelight Flair, we knew it was the one we wanted. We were in the middle of a remodel, so we weren’t ready to get the tub yet, so Don told us to wait until mid August during their anniversary sale and we saved over $1000 on our purchase. The tub is definitely the highlight of our remodel! We use it several times a week, even my husband who didn’t think he would use it, is in it all the time! “Couldn’t be happier!! I originally went to Olympic Hot Tub because of their outstanding reputation. I found the tub that I wanted and got my estimate with everything that I needed, including installation. It was a tad more than I expected, although I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first hot tub.
With estimate in hand, I shopped three other companies. Each time I just wasn’t sure exactly what the final price was going to be. There were so many add on’s and open installation quotes. It also became apparent that the quality of my tub at Olympic was far superior.
I pulled the trigger with Olympic. The tub was delivered on time without any problems.
Val, the sales rep, came to my home after the installation and walked me through the operation and maintenance procedures.

“My family and I searched/reviewed around a lot, including on the internet and in person and then came to Olympic. I was shown most of the models on their floor, from their base, to the highest, most expensive tub. I didn’t feel any pressure to go one way or another. We narrowed down our search between two tubs, one from Olympic and the other from a competitor. The salesperson at the competitor was fantastic, no pressure, answered a lot of my odd emailed/phoned in questions, and really hustled for our business, so I kind of felt guilty when we went with Olympic. It boiled down to two things: 1) I felt we were getting a higher quality product, even though the price point was about the same. 2) I felt if/when I had an issue, Olympic will get on it immediately. Well, issues happen. Our first was access to our pad-not ideal. Olympic helped coordinate with a crane operator to get the tub delivered at a very reasonable price. Their delivery team was excellent. Ours salesperson, Tamara has offered to personally drive over the steps which were backordered to save us the time to come to their store on Westlake-a much appreciated offer. She responds to emails and calls almost immediately. Accountability and responsiveness (superior customer service) combined with a very good product is why I gave Olympic 5 stars and am happy to be a customer.” – Matt H. Seattle, WA
“I love Olympic Hot Tub Company. Love love! I shopped around for a hot tub for a few days. My search ended when I met Val at the Olympic Hot Tub. Something about her just made me want to stay and browse hot tubs! My budget was tight so she showed me my options and I bought an Emerald. She printed pictures and gave me handouts so I could take home and show my boyfriend also since delivery was a few weeks out.
Delivery ended up being a few days earlier then estimated( Val helped me with that). Val also let the delivery guys know that I have dogs so I needed a heads up before they arrived. I also was at work so had to let my boyfriend know to lookout for them. And they did, the delivery guy called me an hour before arrival to let me know he was en route. After delivery, the delivery guys explained the start up chemicals to my boyfriend in a language he actually understood and could then explain to me when I got home from work.
To make sure we are on track with the chemical they mailed me a water care guideline laminated sheet. They also provided the start up chemicals and cute rubber ducks!
From start to finish I have been 1000% happy. They made a huge purchase easy as pie and worry free.
Oh and I just got a $200 rebate check for the delivery promotion they were running for the month of March. This company blows my mind in how great they are!!!
