He listens, offers options, has a ton of patience, and honestly deals. For your hot tub needs, I can't recommend them enough. After just purchasing a unit (Aria), I look forward to working with them through delivery and maintenance.
We recently bought a Prism hot tub from Tacoma. On arrival the tub was broken and needed repaired before first use.
I received a visit from Jeremy from the Service Department. He jumped right in, tore it all apart, found the defective part and called service to get the part rush ordered.
A few days latter he showed up with the part and got it installed, helped place the hot tub and fill it with water and waited to test the new part.
Everything worked great. The purpose of this review - is to publicly thank Jeremy and to let his boss know that he’s a great service technician. He had a positive attitude, was easy to work with and possessed an equally impressive work ethic.

Had the opportunity to sit in three different hot tubs today (by appointment) and were helped by Maurice who is very personable and has great knoweledge on the featureas and benefits of the various models offered. I appreciate the information he provided and there was no pressure to purchase right away. The testing of the different tubs is highly recommended as we ultimately liked a certain model much better than the others which would have only been possible by testing each one. I would recommend a friend to Maurice and Olympic if they were in the market for a hot tub without hesitation. We are SO on the fence... of course we liked the more expensive model that will take some creative accounting if we move forward. But I also just can't settle now that I've tried each one. Now I know what I want!
We came down to have a look at a hot tub that was not on the floor of the show room in our area. Myles showed us the tub we were looking for and was very gracious and informative, even knowing we would return to our own local show room to place the order. Great Experience! Tab Birdsell welcomed some newbies (us) into his showroom and really took the time to educate us and provide options that fitted our needs. Made the process super easy that resulted in our total confidence in our purchase! Thanks Tad, can’t wait to get in our hot tub.
Tab Birdsell did an excellent job of helping us find the right tub. He is very knowledgeable and friendly with a low pressure approach that we appreciated. When we decided not to go through with our purchase he was very helpful in terminating our contract and providing a refund of our deposit.
