After a 23-year presence in Tukwila, our Service Center relocated to Auburn in 2017. We did this to be more central to our entire region and allow us the space to continue our growth. We’re also the first hot tub company with a Service Center open on Saturdays in the Northwest. Our intent is to be available as much as possible to make sure the products you buy from us are up and running and serving you well. Don’t be a stranger! Sam, the technician came out to replace the heater. But it ended up being the control board. Fortunately, he had one with him, he replaced it. Everything works great, great job.
Jason is outstanding. I wish he would service our hot tub every time. He is knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. His follow-up to issues or concerns is very commendable.
Eddie led a team with Joe, Trevor and Mas. They were all spectacular. A crane had to be brought in, and it was not an easy situation. Eddie’s team was here for numerous hours preparing as necessary and going above and beyond!
When the crane operator arrived, the Olympic team worked seamlessly well with a new person to get a hot tub out and a hot tub in. It was a difficult and stressful situation. I was very, very appreciative of each of them.
I specifically want to call out and appreciate Eddie.
In the process of buying the tub and getting it delivered, I had to deal with more than 6 different people who sometimes told me different information than their colleague had said.
By the time Eddie called me to set up delivery details, I was at wits end. Yet, Eddie patiently helped me, ensured that my questions were answered, told me that he forwarded questions he couldn’t answer to others in the company, and then he continued to follow up to ensure that I got the answers I needed.
One night I called him late in the evening, clearly past work hours, and he answered my call instead of letting go to vm. He told me that he would address each need even though it was after work. Eddie specifically told me that the customer should be at the center of the work, that he appreciated me being an Olympic customer, and that he would take as much time as needed to help answer my questions. It was the first time in the long and frustrating process that anyone told me that the customer experience mattered at all. He said it and his actions showed that he meant it!
His customer focus was extraordinary. It truly made all of the difference. I was quite grumpy at Olympic, and his patience, demeanor, and word choice turned it all around.
The whole team was great, but I really hope that Eddie gets noticed for going above and beyond.
We Have purchased three separate hot tubs with Olympic, I have never had an issue with their product and any maintenance or repairs are always handled on a timely scheduled basis. You might pay more for their product, but you get what you pay for. We have never had to have them come back on any of their repair work it’s done right the first time.
After being a prudent consumer and doing our own research as well as talking to others who own and/or maintain hot tubs and visiting many different hot tub stores with various brands, we ended up purchasing the Envoy Hot Springs tub! Highly recommend coming over to talk with Scott if you’re in the market for a new hot tub. Scott has been wonderful through the entire process and ensured we were 110% informed AND comfortable with our purchase decision. We have been enjoying our tub for a month now and look forward to so many more countless relaxing hours/days/months/years of rest and relaxation in our backyard!
