Bought a house with an existing Hot Springs spa, and David at the Seattle location was incredibly helpful, spending a half hour with me to walk me through my options for maintenance and updates and showing me key features and important details on similar models in the showroom. Olympic originally sold the spa to the previous homeowner, so he was able to provide all of the service history and answer all of my questions.

We were so lucky to work with David Bayless to get our first hot tub! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, both on the phone for consultation and over email, and even in person when he hand delivered a necessary item to our house to help with our tight schedule. David goes above and beyond, and because of him we were able to get our tub delivered and up and running on our desired deadline. We are ever so grateful to have had this kind of hand-holding and support during our entire hot tub buying process.

First of all, I want to say David Bayless is AMAZING!!! I called with so much confusion and had a ton of questions about a hot tub we purchased from a third party elsewhere and he still answered every single one of them! He also informed me of a great system to keep my hot tub clean and sanitized. I am so pleased with my experience!

After talking with the owner, I was put in touch with one of the sales reps, David Bayless, at the Seattle store near Lake Union. We live in Port Townsend, so we knew we'd have to make a trek out to see the tub in person. Before we headed over, we had already decided on which tub we wanted (Freeflow Azure) and put down a refundable deposit. We had 30 days to cancel the deal if we needed to. After seeing it in person and trying it out in the showroom, we confirmed it was the right choice and went to work getting our home ready for the delivery 3 months later. All the communication was good. We were also connected with 1st Security Bank of WA so we could take out a 1 year no-interest loan for the balance due. That made it easier to afford.Delivery went smoothly and the next day, a service rep came out and explained the maintenance to us and answered all of our questions. We're enjoying our tub almost every night and love the choice we made! Thank you to Don Riling and David Bayless for helping us make this happen!

Olympic Hot Tub was an absolute pleasure to work with. They set clear expectations, are honest about timing and the service was extraordinary. Working with other Hot Tub companies, the service was highly concerning. Working with Tab at Olympic, was personable, he was attentive, honest and responsive. The tub was delivered on time, the setup and service at my home was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. The Grandee is AMAZING!!! Easy to use, gorgeous and the salt system improved my rest, skin texture and overall well being. Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!!
