Julio did a terrific job on our drain/clean/refill service today. He was prompt, thorough and efficient. Excellent customer service - Can’t ask for better than that!
Beto provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Really appreciate his extra effort!
Julio is very knowledgable and friendly. He provided an orientation and answered all of my many questions about our new hot tub with patience. He installed our cover lifter bar expertly. His employer should know he is an excellent representative of their company! He's a keeper!!
Jason was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. Couldn't have imagined receiving a better service.
Berto’s customer service is next level. He is very communicative and provides great care for our hot tub!
Doug was super friendly and helpful in getting me the right chemicals I needed to set up my new hot tub. Something you just can’t get online. I will always return here for my hot tub products. Thank you!
I worked with Doug in July and recently visited the store again to purchase some chemicals. Doug remembered me and offered expert advice for the issue I described. When I initially bought my hot tub he was great to work with. Doug asked me if I had any plans, to which I said no, and then he offered to let me test the various models available for as long as I needed. What ended up being a day of boring errands ended up being a pretty enjoyable afternoon at the store with no strings attached. I ultimately purchased a Hot Springs Limelight Flair with Doug’s help and we have been happy about our decision ever since. If you are in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area and are thinking about purchasing a hot tub or even just looking to get a feel for them, it would be a disservice to yourself not to pay Doug a visit. You will be very happy with the service, knowledge, and attitude Doug has to offer.
Always treated great at this location. Doug let me know Kimberly, who sold us our hot tub approximately 8 years ago had been promoted to the district level and he was the "new guy". She was great so good news to hear. The products here are great and I specifically come here to buy salt / test strips vs buy online like at Amazon because of the in person service.
