They actually let you test out the hot tubs which is so much fun.
Weird experience, went there to get my water tested for a second time, and he asked what system I use, and if I use test strips. To which I said I don't use a system but am on chlorine and measure out everything myself and use test strips. He then used a test strip on my water and just interpreted the results, but like why would I drive there for you to use a test strip, I have those? I drive there for you to spin my water and give me a printout with numbers. I guess he couldn't be bothered? I don't know. In any case I'm not going there again, the other spa store I go to always uses the machine and gives me a printout regardless of what system I use. Two stars because the first time I went there a different guy used the machine and gave me a printout no questions.
I shopped around, and every time I came back to Tab at Olympic Hot Tub in Tacoma. The showroom is super clean, well organized, and Tad was always over-the-top with his customer service.
He listens, offers options, has a ton of patience, and honestly deals. For your hot tub needs, I can't recommend them enough. After just purchasing a unit (Aria), I look forward to working with them through delivery and maintenance.

We recently bought a Prism hot tub from Tacoma. On arrival the tub was broken and needed repaired before first use.
I received a visit from Jeremy from the Service Department. He jumped right in, tore it all apart, found the defective part and called service to get the part rush ordered.
A few days latter he showed up with the part and got it installed, helped place the hot tub and fill it with water and waited to test the new part.
Everything worked great. The purpose of this review - is to publicly thank Jeremy and to let his boss know that he’s a great service technician. He had a positive attitude, was easy to work with and possessed an equally impressive work ethic.
