Merit was great. He delivered several quotes and always called back when he promised!
I’ve been getting my chemicals from Olympic Hot Tubs and I have the Jets setter Hot tub. David bay is such a big help. He knows exactly the chemicals I need.
I enjoy the store and everyone is so friendly there. They are always there to help.
I started doing progressive overload weight training at the beginning of the year, because I had a hip replacement about nine months ago. I have been using my hot tub every night. 8 o’clock at night I’m out in my hot tub no matter what. it has been a game changer. I sleep better and my muscles are not so sore in the morning. Now I have had this Hot tub for at least eight years now and I only used it on the weekends but not anymore. It is an every night thing now. Love Olympic Hot Tubs.
This is my second Hot tub that I have bought from Olympic Hot Tubs. I am a longtime customer and will continue so. Thank you, Olympic Hot Tubs and David Bay

Merit was awesome! Super helpful and super knowledgeable and took the time to call me back after hours on a Friday! I can tell he is a great employee
Every aspect of the process of selecting and preparing to be a hot tub owner has gone smoothly and with great care from Merith and the team at Olympic Hot Tub in Seattle. We cant wait for delivery day! Thanks for all the detailed care and patience with all my questions! I highly recommend Merith and this store for its professionalism and knowledgeable staff. It was also great to be able to try out several models before making a decision.
