In researching saunas, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tami at Olympic Hot Tub while exploring the purchase of a Tylo outdoor sauna. Because we live in a remote location, we had a lot of questions, and Tami was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and generous with her time. What started off as a good experience fell apart when Olympic’s subcontractors and Olympic themselves didn’t follow through per contract. What had been conveyed by Olympic sales staff and delivery contract as a site pre-inspection never occurred and instead I was asked by one member of the delivery team for a check and a second member conveyed I didn’t pay enough. Nonetheless I paid…. Second a special order top was delivered, but either mis-ordered, mis-coordinated, or mis-communicated with the delivery team. While the offer to remedy the issue is on the table, the commitment to a timeline is not - which is garbage service. I look forward to more clear expectation setting.
After many visits and over 3 years of planning and creating a space for our dream hot tub, Tami helped us locate the store with every filled tub we wanted to try out to find the best fit.
We are finally living the dream and enjoying the benefits and peace of a salt water tub in our own space and are forever grateful for the many soaking appts and attention to detail we have received in our purchasing and selection experience with OHT.
Tami went above and beyond and communicated with the city regarding our hot tub permit, without hesitation. She checked in regularly and followed up at every opportunity. We were able to schedule everything back to back so that our tub was placed, electrical installed the following day and the tub balance and orientation the day after that. Jason helped us have the confidence to manage our chemicals and what to address when. He also made himself available for any follow up questions.
Ben helped us soak when our weekly visit was on a different day.
I’d recommend OHT to anyone, and now the tub is calling…
