We purchased our swim spa at Aquaquip but haven't been pleased with their service so when we needed a new cover, we thought we would try out Olympic. Joey Alvarez was so helpful and really went the extra mile for us. We had to order a customer top since they don't sell our brand of swim spa but Joey made all the connections for us. When we had questions, he chased down the answers for us. He is an awesome partner and I highly recommend!

Called them to see if they had a cartridge in and they said they did. David said he would put my name on it for me. When I got there he got the cartridge and helped me allot to start the process of draining and refilling my hot tub. David was very informative and super nice! I definitely will be going there for all my hot tub needs!
