Now you can bring the same minerals as found in healing springs worldwide to your home Hot Spring Spa for added therapeutic benefit.  NEW Medicine Springs formulas replicate ancient healing waters in your hot tub.

Medicine Springs, which makes dry forms of the healing minerals found in famous springs around the world, has introduced three products aimed at easing specific ailments – just add them to your own hot tub to gain the health benefits.

Try these three dry Medicine Springs Formulas:

♥  Medicine Springs Joint. Formulated from the chemistry of  leading natural geothermal mineral springs known for hundreds of years around the world, this formula provides relief for arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other joint issues, including the aches and pains of aging, as well as skin health.

♥  Medicine Springs Sport. This formula gathers all of the minerals favored by ancient armies seeking relief from the pain and exhaustion of battle, including Mayans at Adrenal volcanic springs in Costa Rica. The waters soak into the skin like a multivitamin, easing muscles for modern warriors like athletes and soldiers. Soaks can increase blood flow and speed recovery time between training sessions.

♥   Medicine Springs Skin. Natural hot springs known for their skin care provided the formula for this product. It can bring relief to eczema and psoriasis sufferers as well as promote health and healing for skin, the largest organ in the body.

Medicine Springs started after Ken and Brenda Price, traveling the world in retirement, noticed that geothermal hot springs on their itinerary brought significant relief to Brenda’s arthritic hands by increasing her mobility and easing pain. When their son Brandon and his wife Julie heard this, they decided to develop a way to bring the minerals from top geothermal springs home to the hot tub. After chemical analysis of water from Iceland, Europe, Japan, South America, Alaska and other sites around the globe, they created Medicine Springs to produce and market dry forms of the healing minerals for home use.

Medicine Springs bicarbonate minerals are released for the first month after you’ve added the product, reproducing the natural hot spring experience. After that, the all-natural minerals, which buffer pH, remain suspended in the water and the pool retains the benefits for up to two more months. At the point you’re soaking in a mineral bath with the exact minerals that will bring relief for whatever ails you.

If you loved Magma Onsen Beppu which is no longer available to the US market, you’ll find that Medicine Springs formulas are even better and longer lasting.  And, unlike Magma Onsen Beppu, they’re made with no scents, coloring agents or fillers.

Come to one of Olympic Hot Tub’s 5 locations. Try the hand test. 1. Hi,
How do you turn a chlorine hot tub into a mineral spa? Do I have to do anything special when I drain the tub? I have joint pain and very dry skin. Which mineral package would be best for me?

  2. Thanks,
We’re actually starting with ArtesiAn well water that’s not chlorinated Will the minerals keep the bacteria out of the water? Or do I need to add an oxidizer like chlorine in addition to the minerals?

    1. Minerals are not a sanitizer. You would need to continue to do what’s needed to balance and sanitize your water. It’s not a replacement for any of your normal regimen.

  3. Hi,

Would a Medicine Springs formula be safe to use in my 210 gallon inflatable intex bubble spa (made of vinyl and hypalon)? I use bromine spa guard products to sanitize it.

    Thank you,

    1. Erika–Yes. Medicine Springs is designed to be used in the bathtub and also in a hot tub. The directions for usage is on the package for each.
