Hot Tub Yoga Book Features Easy to Follow Exercises Designed for Hot Tubbing
The idea for a Hot Tub Yoga book hatched when author, Jerry Gee, was in need of limbering up some stiff joints, but was not overly excited about stretching on his living room floor.
He decided to combine his morning hot tub soak with some simple stretching. Over the course of a couple of weeks Jerry developed a stretching regimen that he found enjoyable and it improved his flexibility.
This spurred an idea. If I can actually enjoy doing this, so will other people he thought.
“Wow, I need to publish this thing!”
You can now enjoy Hot Tub Yoga in the comfort of your own Hot Spring Spa. The ultimate goal of this book is to help you feel better, so you can have a more active life. So go ahead with Jerry Gee as your guide, grab your favorite beverage (Note: better make it de-caf), hop into the tub, and do some Hot Tub Yoga!
Hot Tub Yoga is a water proof, self standing book packed with 20 exercises that will keep you limber so you can live your life without those “I’m getting older aches and pains”. Set the book on the edge of your hot tub and use the flip chart format to flip from posture to posture. A friendly stick figure with easy to follow illustrations is on each page to demonstrate the proper technique for each exercise. This is an easy, fun way to stretch. Order here from the author.
Hot tub yoga just might be the thing to set you on an exercise path you can follow. If nothing else, it’s a great way to start your day. Who doesn’t need to be more limber & flexible? And, my take on it is that it’s a lot better going at your own pace than in a yoga studio with too many over achieving yoga fanatics.
Bravo to Jerry Gee for this great book!
