Made two trips to store and worked with Doug. He is helpful, a people person and is really patient in answering all your questions, sometimes even a second or third time. His no pressure approach was really effective and let a high quality product literally sell itself. He has put together some very helpful materials for us to be ready for delivery.
My wife has been working with Doug to find chemicals that won’t irritate her skin. He tested our water and recommended the FROG cartridges, along with other products to get our water in range. He is helpful, knowledgeable and she appreciates that it doesn’t feel like he is upselling. It’s great to have a spa expert!

We purchased our spa a little over a year ago from Aqua Spa in Florida, and unfortunately we were given little to no information about spa care, maintenance, or chemical safety. It honestly felt like we were just sold the spa and left to figure everything out on our own. Whenever we had questions, it often felt like we were bothering them rather than being supported as customers. Fast forward to moving to Washington, and thankfully we found Olympic Hot Tub in Lacey and met Doug. What a difference! From the moment we met Doug, he was absolutely phenomenal. He was open, honest, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and his personality made the entire experience even better. My husband and I were laughing the whole time. He welcomed every single question I had, broke everything down in plain language, and made sure we actually understood how to care for our spa properly. In one visit, we learned more about proper spa care and safety than we had in the entire year of owning it. What really stood out is that Doug wasn’t trying to oversell us. He focused on what we actually needed and why, and even invited us to bring in water samples anytime for testing.
