Olympic Hot Tub Customers Rave About Their Tiger River Sumatran Spa and Olympic’s Service Department

It always makes my day to receive an email from a satisfied owner.  Here’s one I received yesterday:

Hello Alice…I would like to express my appreciation to Olympic Hot Tub Company’s Service Department. On several occasions I have talked to Dennis (Olympic’s service coordinator) and he has been extremely helpful answering questions and providing support. Dennis is friendly, patient and knows your products well. Please pass on a ‘Job Well Done’ to Dennis and the staff. That’s Dennis above.

On a personal note, I would like to share that we have enjoyed both Sumatran spas (photo at left-one of our most popular small spas) we have owned over the years. We owned one in California and bought our second one when we moved to Lacey. Now that we are retired, the joy of relaxation is multiplied after a day of strenuous activity.
