Olympic Hot Tub offers exceptional delivery service - from helping you prepare for your new hot tub through free full service delivery on all hot tubs (some restrictions apply; see stores for details) to follow-up that lets you change your mind about where you want your hot tub after all. Free PerfectFit™ Backyard Consultation
The best way to decide what’s right for you and your home is to find out what fits you and your home right there, at home. So we come to you – and give you the customized information that is the perfect fit for your home and your style.
Our spa professionals will visit your home for a free consultation on which model is ideal for your use and to answer your questions on installation and any aspect that is important for your selection. We’ll help you choose where to put your new hot tub and how to prepare for its arrival. To arrange for your free consultation, just contact us and we’ll set up a mutually convenient time. Available only in the greater Puget Sound area.
Delivery Plus
We offer full service delivery by Olympic employees for every spa, with some restrictions based on size of spa and difficulty of delivery. See stores for details. We do all the work. Our employees - many with years of delivery experience - put your new hot tub where you want it. We set it in place, level it, remove the wrapping and clear away the mess. We fill your hot tub and show you how it operates and how to care for it.

(Special delivery costs such as electrical contracting, extra crew needed for a difficult delivery or size of spa, use of crane, deliveries to destinations beyond our normal delivery area, out of state, etc. are not included).
Guarantee
If for any reason, within 30 days from the date of installation, you’re not satisfied with your new Hot Spring or Tiger River Spa, Olympic will refund the purchase price of your new spa or offer a one time exchange privilege, less a 10% restocking charge, provided the spa is still in good condition and that we can arrange for pick-up from your home. (Special delivery, installation and related costs such as electrical contracting, extra crew needed for a difficult delivery or size of spa, use of crane, deliveries to destinations beyond our normal delivery area, out of state, etc. are not included).
Total Warranty Service
Olympic Hot Tub Company (not a third party) will perform all warranty work on your Hot Spring or Tiger River Spa only under the conditions set forth in the warranty provided by Watkins Manufacturing unless otherwise specified for a period of 60 months/5 years from the date of installation on components (plumbing and heater) and for a period of 84 months/7 years from the date of installation on the shell surface and structure. You’ll see our trucks and our factory trained Service Technicians at your home unless you live outside our Puget Sound delivery area.
